Financial sector

Case study

It is an indispensably important part of daily life to be occupied with finance, to communicate with banks, financial institutions, insurance companies and other financial services. It is vital for both clients and providers to document all levels of interaction from written contracts to telephonic or personal transaction of affairs. With the help of DSR Group's complete solutions you will be able not only to record, store and archive all telephonic conversations, but all personal transactions run at clients' reception desks at the same high level.

In this sample application a bank and brokerage system is recorded in 7/24. Not only the bank's own communication is recorded and stored centrally, but all the telephonic transactions of her contracted brokerages and their clients. The spice of this system is that there are different signal sources at virtually all brokerages and at the bank herself (landlines and mobile phones as well), which means several different black-box type automated digital recording devices at every location. As soon as a call is closed, it is copied automatically to the central server located in the bank's server room. The connection is secured VPN. Records stored on the central server can be listed, filtered, replayed or used for any other reason. Archiving to NAS/SAN or DVD disc is also fully automated and scalable. The central archiving and system administering module is capable of organizing all recorders into one homogeneous and countrywide system.

The bank's own calls and the communication of the brokerages are stored on two different servers due to bank security issues. Replaying, listing and all other administrative activities are handled from a central location in the bank.

The systems key points are the homogeneity, the immediate duplication, the homogeneous database and the centralized archiving and system administration. It is possible and really simple to expand the system with new brokerages and services.
